Smite is an enchantment that can be applied to a sword or an axe, increasing the damage inflicted on undead monsters (zombies, skeletons, wither skeletons, zombified piglins, wither …).
What is the purpose of the Smite enchantment
The Smite enchantment on a sword or axe increases the damage dealt to skeletons, zombies, zombie villagers, askeletons, skeleton wither, zombified piglins, skeleton horses, zombie horses, ghosts, drowning and zoglins.
Each level separately adds 2.5 ♥ × 1.25 additional damage to each hit to undead creatures.
